FlavourTalk 2027
We are delighted to announce that the fifth year of ‘FlavourTalk at the Millennium’ will take place on 16 – 18 March 2027.
The Exhibition will be held on the 16 and 17 March and Conference on the 18 March.
A Networking Dinner will be held on the evening of 16 March.

The Flavour Raw Materials Exhibition
The exhibition provides an opportunity for suppliers of flavour raw materials to meet flavourists, food product developers and other interested parties from companies in Europe and beyond.
Sustainable Flavour Production in the Era of UPFs
The Conference will be held on the last day of FlavourTalk on the 18 March at the Millenium Gloucester Hotel & Conference Centre, London.
The FlavourTalk Networking Dinner
A networking dinner will be held in the Conservatory on the 16 March between the two days of the exhibition with background music provided by the Royal College of Music.
