The Flavour Raw Materials Exhibition.

The exhibition provides an opportunity for suppliers of flavour raw materials to meet flavourists, food product developers and other interested parties from companies in Europe and beyond.

FlavourTalk 2027 Exhibition

FlavourTalk 2027 will be held in the Gloucester Millennium Conference Centre Kensington, London on 16 – 18 March 2027. The 17th Flavour Raw Materials Exhibition will be held over two days on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 March and the FlavourTalk Conference on Thursday the 18 March. The exhibition provides an opportunity for suppliers of flavour raw materials to meet flavourists, food product developers and other interested parties from companies in Europe and beyond, over 50 companies will be showcasing their products and innovations. The exhibition will allow flavourists and other delegates to focus on the latest building blocks that support current development innovations and market trends opening the doors to the next generation of flavour creations. The exhibition is over two days and each exhibiting company will be allocated to one of the two days to showcase products.
