Networking Dinner
The Networking Dinner saw 200 diners mixing whilst enjoying music from the Royal College of Music, firstly with classical music followed by jazz.
Exhibition
Held at the Millennium Hotel on 24 & 25 March, the exhibition provided over 50 companies the opportunity to meet flavourists, food product developers and others from around the world in what is now the largest event of it’s kind.





















Conference
The conference was held on 26 March at the Millennium Hotel and featured an impressive lineup of international speakers who spoke about the academic and practical aspects of “The Psychology of Flavour – Multisensory Perception and its Importance for the Flavourist”.

Networking Dinner
The dinner was held on 24 March in the conservatory of the Millennium Hotel between the two days of the FlavourTalk raw materials exhibition and provided an opportunity to network with colleagues and delegates. Entertainment was provided by the Royal College of Music.
